There were some moments where she had to adjust her position so Lily's heart rate wouldn't drop.
Ms. Shelly was a dutiful coach, watching contractions on the monitor.
She had plenty of guests that topped by just to visit.
Bill made a semi recovery and was a trooper through it all, with fever and chills and the like.
Into the afternoon the mom and dad needed time to rest. And as the afternoon rocked on the prospect of LJ making her debut before midnight was looking bleak, so at 7:20 ish Dr. Young came in with a new plan. The plan of a section was put into play and by 8:22 Miss Priss was here, 6 pounds 13 oz. 18 inches long and alert.
Lily James was home for Christmas, and I must say that once everything settles I can not wait to get my hands on her and just snuggle and love her.
