Finally she's 30

I've been waiting for this young one to get old for a decade. That's right she's always been the young gal of the group and finally she's 30- the great equalizer. We skipped the big dinner on the Square and opted for a lunch beforehand with just the four of us.

The Sound of Music

For an early Mother's Day gift I took my mom to Memphis to see The Sound of Music. Somehow in all her years she had never eaten and Rendezvous so we began our night there. We moved on to have dessert at The Majestic Grille before the show. The show was one of the best I've seen. The sets were unlike anything I had seen before. We laughed we cried and we soaked up every moment together.

Double Decker

 I love Double Decker.  I have a specific system of visiting all my favorite places and watching the square kind of wake up as people start edging their way to the festival.  I love love love getting a new pair of shoes each year, and getting JettBoy some new clothes.  Cullen decided to tag along this year and he was thoroughly bored with my morning.
