Cullen Competes

So this summer after our friend passed away, I got on a health kick, thinking your health is a gift.  I began running with a friend training for a half marathon later in the fall.  One night I came in and told Cullen we had just run the Bodock route, which is popular for being awful and really hard in our town. He asked my time I told him 34 minutes.  He said he could get it in 32 and then he picked a Sunday afternoon to attempt it.  I did follow him and have water for him along the way which I did not have, but he finished under 31 minutes.  Later he made the comment...he was born with runner's legs.
