Don't be Fooled

This sweet faced boy threw his biggest fit yet about ten minutes after this picture was taken. I'm not exaggerating. He screamed so hard and so long he burst blood vessels in his cheeks. It was super embarrassing. We were trying to hold him down to unclog one of his tubes. It didn't work and we had to try another course of action.
So don't be fooled into thinking our usually happy boy is a joy all the time.
