Cooking with Cullen

Step 1 - Cut two New York strip steaks into bite size pieces and put into a half gallon zip lock bag. Pour in 1 cup of heaven, i mean Hoover sauce, and let marinate for 1-2 hours.
*I try to trim as much of the fat as possible off the steak prior to piecing it.
*You can substitute Hoover sauce with other marinades, but you will never know the glory of this combination. Sorry about ya!
Step 2 and 3 - Cut your veggies and fruits into small portions. We used bell peppers, onions, squash, and pineapples. Load up your skewer with all of the above making sure not to place the steak and pineapple together.
Step 4 - Place on the grill that is pre-heated to 325-350 degrees and let cook for around 10-15 minutes. You'll need to turn the skewers once maybe twice.
Step 5 - Slap your momma because you will need to after this meal blows your mind.

Ya boy
